Our Story
Hi there! 👋 I'm Pooyan, a solo developer who built SnippSync out of pure frustration with existing code snippet tools. You know that feeling when you find the perfect code snippet, but then it gets outdated and breaks? Yeah, that was my daily struggle.
So I decided to build something different - a tool that automatically syncs your snippets with your GitHub repositories. No more broken code, no more manual updates. Just fresh, always-up-to-date snippets that actually work.
SnippSync started as a weekend project and grew into something I'm really proud of. It's not perfect (yet!), but it's built with love and a genuine desire to solve a real problem that developers face every day.
Fun fact: The name "SnippSync" came from a late-night coding session when I was trying to think of something that captured both "snippets" and "sync" - and yes, I'm still not sure if it's the best name, but it stuck! 😄
